I’m going to leave it to the proper writers to spread the news about the 3 businesses which were first out of the SRA hat but I want to put out my observations on 2 of the 3, the ‘normal’ high-street businesses.

If what I read is correct the change to ABS status has been done to allow two (female) Practice Managers to hold a stake in the business that they have worked to support and develop.

The concept of ABS has its share of detractors but dropping the bells and whistles in its simplest terms this is what ABS can achieve: recognition, inclusion, responsibility, and ownership.
